I read this book only weeks after losing my very beloved dog after 12,5 years together, and it truly gave me some of the consolation I needed in a period of deep grief. This is the perfect book to support and comfort you when you are a about to loose a four-legged friend or if you are grieving after the loss of a pet. There are some truly valuable tips for how to honor your pet in the phase of loss and goodbye, and I wished i had read it before I lost my dear friend.I couldn't put this book down, read it all in one day - with a painful headache as the result, but that was probably due to all the sobbing and crying during the reading. It might be quite emotional for pet-lovers. This book truly helped me to cope with my grief and gave me even more respect for our animal friends. The book is quite spiritual and requires the reader to have an open mind. If you have, and you also love animals - this is the perfect book for you.
